Amazing Customer Service

I don't wear jewelry but wanted to get a nice gift for my fiancé and this hit the spot! shipped fast and great quality but the customer service really impressed me.

I originally bought the 16 inch and asked for all capital letters - after purchase I got a message from a rep named Daniel who explained and recommended the 18 inch length because the 16 inch would be too short and better suited for petite women or children (again I don't really know much about jewelry since I don't really use any) I did have to pay a bit more for the longer chain but they billed me through email for it, he also explained that all capital letters wouldn't look nice -- well I got my piece and boy was he right! the piece looks perfect on her, she absolutely loves it and the 18 inch length is just perfect, thanks Daniel and MyAzGold, I would recommend you to anyone interested in this piece!
