Shop confidently at MyAzGold knowing you may return your items within 14 days of having received them for a full refund subject to the following refund and return policies:

To be eligible for a return jewelry pieces will be inspected by our jewelers and must be deemed unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to be accepted for a refund. We will notify you via email once inspection has been completed whether your item has been accepted for a refund or rejected. If accepted, refunds will only be provided to the original payment method.

Jewelry must include all original tags still attached

Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded

Refunds are not allowed on any customized pieces including but not limited to any size rings, custom gold names
- Items that arrive defective or broken are eligible for a full refund as long as you notify us within 7 days of having received the item.
- If you change your mind your eligible to return the item within 14 days of having received the item as long as it is not a customized jewelry piece.
