Is the jewelry Real Gold or gold plated?
- All our jewelry pieces are Full Real Gold and not gold plated. All our jewelry pieces are stamped either 14k or 10k to ensure authenticity.
What is your return policy?
Shop confidently at MyAzGold knowing you may return your items within 14 days of having received them for a full refund subject to the following refund and return policies:
- Buyer will pay return shipping costs
- To be eligible for a return jewelry pieces will be inspected by our jewelers and must be deemed unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to be accepted for a refund. We will notify you via email once inspection has been completed whether your item has been accepted for a refund or rejected. If accepted, refunds will only be provided to the original payment method.
- Jewelry must include all original tags still attached
- Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded
- Refunds are not allowed on any customized pieces including but not limited to any size rings, custom gold names

When will I get my items?
- We ship out all orders within 2 business days of purchase date. We will email you to notify you once your items have shipped. Please note that customized pieces (such as custom names and all rings made to size) will take longer to ship out as they are being created.
The ring size I need is not available as an option?
- No Problem, our jewelers cut all rings to the size needed. Please email us at ringsize@myazgold.com and include the ring name and size you would need so we can give you the price and a purchase link to complete your purchase. Prefer to call? - Due to high demand we only offer jewelry repair on items purchased directly from MyAzGold. Please email us at repair@myazgold.com so we can give you a price quote for your repair and further instructions on how to send us your jewelry piece.
