First off I wasn't sure if it was real gold, gotta be careful nowadays from online scammers. Decided to call to see if it was a real company and the sales rep Daniel answered and he was sooooooooo nice and helpful, answered all my questions and never pressured me to buy just gave me all the information I needed. Was going to buy the pendant and 18 inch necklace but He recommended the 20 inch because of my height (apparently that one is more popular for women) and He was right! It fit perfect where I wanted it to land on my chest and it shines sooo pretty in the light! My mom and sister saw me open it and put it on and they even bought one too! Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone, if you have questions just call them, they're super helpful.
